Hello... I know it's been a while, but the past month has been a BLUR! Cat and I delivered "The Remainder of Unusable Equations" to the WMA July 15th, headed to visit her family's farm in Mississippi for the weekend, drove home, headed back to Dothan for the WMA's B16 opening, and then headed home where I have been on a roll working on many new large sculptures and a whole new batch of works on paper! To say the least, we haven't had a spare moment to update the news blog.
Just a quick update before we head out to deliver "The Remainder of Unusable Equations" to the Biennial Exhibition at the Wiregrass Museum of Art next week... Ralph has been working hard this summer on 3 large scale "organomorphic" sculptures. They are now all ready to be finished! I'm not exactly certain what he has in mind, but I'll be sure to keep you all updated on his progress, but I'm so excited to watch this particular sculpture's evolution! Cheers! - Cat Don't miss a
More great news heading down the pike! In less than a month, we will delivering Ralph's sculpture entitled, "The Remainder of Unusable Equations" (pictured at the bottom right hand corner) to B16: Wiregrass Biennial Exhibition at the Wiregrass Museum of Art in Dothan, AL. We are excited that Ralph was among the artists chosen for this exhibition. The exhibition is open from July 21 – September 24, 2016.
