Wire grass B16: Biennial Exhibition Opening

Hello... I know it's been a while, but the past month has been a BLUR! Cat and I delivered "The Remainder of Unusable Equations" to the WMA July 15th, headed to visit her family's farm in Mississippi for the weekend, drove home, headed back to Dothan for the WMA's B16 opening, and then headed home where I have been on a roll working on many new large sculptures and a whole new batch of works on paper! To say the least, we haven't had a spare moment to update the news blog.

Just a quick update before we head out to deliver "The Remainder of Unusable Equations" to the Biennial Exhibition at the Wiregrass Museum of Art next week... Ralph has been working hard this summer on 3 large scale "organomorphic" sculptures. They are now all ready to be finished! Hey Everyone, Just thought I'd let everyone know that Cat and I have shot and posted some new works on paper that are a part of my "Genes & Chromosomes" Series. Be sure to check them all out. This particular piece called, "Shape Study #3" was more difficult to photograph because I used an iridescent ink on part of it.
